Terms of Service
Updated September 9, 2026
ConsentPool is operated by Kelly Quinn Nicholes, an individual in Utah, United States. These terms describe use of the current testing service. Contact social-accounts@consentpool.com about these terms or a problem with the service.
Current availability
ConsentPool is under development. Real-money contributions are unavailable. Cardano Preprod is a test network; test ADA is not a payment to a creator. Features may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed as testing proceeds. Do not rely on this service for paid work or send real funds to test addresses.
Creators choose whether to participate
A pool is a request, not a contract with its target. A creator can decline, ignore, or fail to deliver without a penalty or negative reputation mark. Only a person who proves control of a social account can act for it. Searching for an account or entering its handle does not prove its existence, endorsement, or ownership.
A verified creator can permanently opt out. This blocks future pools targeting that identity and ends its open pools with refunds under their escrow terms. Opt-out cannot be reversed and is separate from deleting a ConsentPool account.
Your account and content
Use an account you control and protect your login. Do not impersonate another person, bypass verification, abuse the service, or submit unlawful, exploitative, threatening, or harassing requests. Submit only content you have the right to provide. Creators retain their rights in their work; providing a delivery allows ConsentPool to store, review, and make it available to the pool's authorized participants. Access to a delivery does not itself give a contributor permission to republish it.
Moderators can hide or reject prohibited requests and resolve disputes against the written requirements. Verification proves account control only. ConsentPool does not currently perform legal identity verification, sanctions screening, or tax reporting.
Pool rules and refunds
Read the specific requirements, deadlines, network, and fees before participating in a test pool. An unfulfilled pool starts refunds. A completed pool releases its payout less the disclosed platform fee; refunds have no platform fee. Network transaction fees are separate. A refund decision is not confirmation that a blockchain transaction has completed. Recovery depends on the original escrow terms and whether its output remains unspent.
Platforms, privacy, and changes
ConsentPool is independent of Google, Instagram, Meta, X, TikTok, and Cardano. Their services have their own terms and availability. Social verification methods are offered only where enabled; personal Instagram DM verification is not available. You can stop using ConsentPool and remove a provider grant in that provider's settings. Removing a grant does not erase stored ConsentPool records.
Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated date. This page does not change terms already recorded in an escrow contribution or waive rights applicable law gives you. Read the Privacy Policy for data use, retention limits, and contact options.
